Adria Kitchens is the Director of Equity and Activism at Out of Hand Theater. She is also a Senior Certified Faculty Coach and Mentor for The Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, Training & Leadership specializing in transformational leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion frameworks. She is an outstanding leader, coach, mentor, entrepreneur, and movement leader who has taken a stand to transform systemic racism into systemic love using Relational Power principles.
Adria is an extraordinary coach, generous mentor, and inspiring leader. She has coached thousands of leaders in over 100 countries in all areas of self-actualization. From empowering women leaders one-on-one to convening conferences for thousands, with projects such as Equitable Dinners Atlanta that have mobilized huge numbers of participants into courageous conversations about race, equity, and inclusion. Adria leads a network of impassioned leaders to elevate awareness and facilitate depth levels of change and social evolution. She is also co-designer of The Institute for Equity Activism, a program building the capacity of individuals and organizations to take an appreciative approach to activism centered in the arts with a racial-equity lens.
She was recently awarded a Feminine Power Outstanding Achievement award in recognition of her 10 years of extraordinary contributions as a transformational leader.
